This past week has been hard, really hard, for so many people. Pipe bomb scares, mass murder in a synagogue, racially motivated murder, and at least one other school shooting that I’ve heard of in North Carolina.
Sometimes you just want to bury yourself in the covers and stay in bed all day.
In this week’s episode, I outline some very practical things you can do immediately to help you feel better and I tell my own story of how I shifted the energy of overwhelm when it just felt like it was too much all at once to deal with.
